Since joining eBay in 2015, Keith has worked across different roles at eBay with the consistent themes of driving economic opportunity for all through circular commerce and innovative business models. Keith spearheaded the expansion of eBay’s ‘Authenticity Guarantee’ programme into Europe, which sees new and pre-loved fashion luxury goods above a certain value independently verified to give buyers confidence. Following its introduction in 2021 this has been expanded to include watches, sneakers, handbags, and fine jewellery in markets including the UK and Germany. With a wealth of retail experience, Keith’s past roles include 7 years at Tesco and Woolworths before that. In 2023 he recently relocated to Switzerland, which aptly matches his passion for watches.
