Manuel Almeida Vergara leads Fashion Council Germany's Communications team since 2025. After completing a training in garment technology, he studied Journalism at Academy of Fashion & Design Berlin and the Berlin University of the Arts. Following positions at Der Tagesspiegel and Frankfurter Rundschau, he recently led the style section of Berliner Zeitung as member of the editorial board.
