Shailja Dubé leads the British Fashion Council's climate think and action tank, the Institute of Positive Fashion. Its mission is to accelerate the transition to a responsible and globally competitive British fashion industry. In her role, Shailja convenes the sector to inform programmes and help influence policy change, including the Low Carbon Transition programme and the Circular Fashion Innovation Network. Prior to the BFC, Shailja was Responsible Retail Lead at Accenture UK and has held strategy, transformation, innovation and social policy roles.
